The future of mission aviation depends on what we do NOW to educate, inspire, and recruit young people today.  Mission aviation sending agencies urgently need people…more than money or machines…they need people.  Brigade Air presents the best way to establish contact with and identify teenagers today who will be entering into vocational training within the next three to five years.  Let’s make sure that they have the opportunity to learn about and consider becoming a technical missionary.
